Other costs	The customer is responsible for any costs required to use the Software, including internet connection fees and costs associated with devices or communication equipment. When purchasing through the App Store or other third-party sales platforms, any fees, foreign exchange charges, or other charges imposed by the applicable platform may apply. For purchases made through Paddle, any applicable taxes and other charges will be presented at checkout and will be subject to the terms shown at the time of purchase.
Payment methods	Payment methods provided by the App Store and other sales platforms, including credit cards and other available payment methods, may be used. For purchases made through Paddle, payment methods supported by Paddle are available. The payment methods available to you will be displayed at checkout.
Payment timing	Payment will be processed upon completion of the purchase in accordance with the terms of the applicable sales channel. Purchases made through Paddle are subject to Paddle’s payment terms.
Delivery	Digital goods: available immediately (or shortly) after purchase via the store’s delivery method.
Returns / refunds	Purchases through the App Store: Refunds are generally subject to Apple’s refund policy, and refund requests should be submitted through Apple. We may not be able to cancel or refund payments made through the App Store ourselves. Purchases through Paddle: Paddle processes the purchase as the Merchant of Record. Refunds, cancellations, and other matters relating to purchases are subject to Paddle’s terms and refund policy. If you wish to request a refund, please submit your request through the Paddle customer support service or the information provided in your purchase confirmation email. Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Other direct sales: Due to the nature of digital products, returns or refunds may not be available after delivery or provision of the product or service has begun. However, where cooling-off rights or other consumer rights apply under applicable law, we will comply with those requirements.
