This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in VENEQA FOH and VENEQA Mobile (together, the “Service”).

1. Operator

2. Information we process

The Service may process the following:

• Microphone audio — used on-device for real-time spectral analysis (spectrogram / RTA). We do not upload, store, or transmit raw microphone audio to our servers.
• On-device settings — e.g. FFT size, display ranges, mic position, destination IP. Stored locally using the operating system’s standard storage.
• (Pro only) Measurement data over the local network — only when you explicitly send it. Frequency/level results (e.g. RTA Avg) may be sent to your own PC running VENEQA FOH on the same network, using the IP/port you configure. We do not automatically send this data to a cloud service we operate.
• Technical / diagnostic data — The operating system, app store, or platform provider (such as Apple) may collect crash reports or diagnostic information according to their own privacy policies.

No account is required. We do not require users to create an account or register to use the Service. The app does not collect name, postal address, or phone number as part of its core features.

3. Purposes of use

• Providing measurement and display features
• Saving and restoring settings
• (Pro) Sending results to a PC you designate
• Support and troubleshooting
• Compliance with applicable law

4. Sharing and third parties

• We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
• We do not sell microphone audio or measurement results to third parties.
• Pro PC transfers are initiated by you and go to the destination you configure. The security of your local network environment is your responsibility.
• We do not disclose your information to third parties except where required by law (e.g. lawful requests).

5. Retention

• On-device settings: until you delete the app or clear the data
• Microphone audio: processed in real time only; not retained on our servers
• Measurement results stored on your PC are under your control.

6. Device permissions

• Microphone — Required for real-time audio measurement and analysis. If permission is denied, measurement features will not function.
• Local Network (Pro) — Required to send measurement results to a PC on your local network. If permission is denied, PC transfer will not function.

7. Children

The Service is intended primarily for professional / production use. Please do not provide personal information of minors without parental consent where required.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy as needed. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date on this page and/or other appropriate notice. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

9. International Users

The Service is available internationally. Information processed by the Service is primarily handled on your device. Where platform providers process diagnostic information, such processing is governed by their own privacy policies.
